Birth Preparation & Labor Support

$800.00 for 3 visits

1. As your certified doula, first we will create a birth plan that meets your birthing goals. You will learn about the stages of labor, comfort measures for contractions, pain management options, and ways to support the birth experience you desire.

2. Upon the birth day, I will create a calm and welcoming environment where you can feel  comfortable, confident, and prepared. After your baby arrives, I will support you through the Golden Hour, helping encourage bonding, recovery, and those precious first moments together. I will also provide an introduction to breastfeeding and support you with rooming-in, allowing time for rest, connection, and healing.

3. Once you and your baby are home, I will provide a postpartum follow-up visit within the first  7 days of postpartum. We will check in on both you and your baby, discuss how you are adjusting, and address any questions, concerns, or challenges you may be experiencing.
