 Doula Support for Expectant Mothers

 As your certified Doula, I will create a calm, welcoming environment for you and your support circle, ensuring you feel confident and prepared throughout your birthing journey. Together, you’ll learn about the stages of labor, pain management techniques for intense contractions, and ways to promote a natural and positive birth experience.

 

After your baby’s arrival, you’ll be guided through the nine steps of the Golden Hour, a crucial period for bonding and recovery. Soon after, introduction to lactation will follow. Rooming-in with your baby, allowing time for rest, connection, and healing.

 

Once you return home, your Doula can extend postpartum support to help your family transition smoothly into this new chapter. At-home care includes gentle care for mom’s recovery, light housekeeping, lactation assistance, baby care, and meal preparation if needed.

Our goal is to help both mother and baby rest, recover, and thrive—happy, healthy, and supported every step of the way.

I provide personalized guidance, including evidence-based recommendations and alternative feeding methods for supplemental nutrition, to help you feel confident and achieve full breastfeeding experience.

  • Pumping techniques and creating an effective pumping routine

  • Proper milk storage and handling

  • Managing sore or cracked nipples

  • Increasing low milk supply

  • Supporting healthy infant weight gain
